Welcome to Hello King, a comprehensive logistics platform that connects customers with reliable transport services, delivery solutions, packers & movers, and intercity courier services. By accessing or using our mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which form a legal agreement between you and Hello King, operated by Hello King Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Hello King services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Provide valid identification when required for certain services

2. User Registration

To book transport services, delivery, or intercity courier services, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Update your information when necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of suspicious, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.

3. Services Overview

Hello King provides the following logistics solutions:

• Truck Services: Transportation of goods up to 2500 kg
• Two-Wheeler Services: Quick deliveries up to 20 kg
• Packers & Movers: Complete household and office relocation services
• Intercity Courier Services: Surface and air delivery between cities
• Hello King Enterprise: B2B logistics solutions with API integration

We act as a technology platform connecting customers with verified transport partners and service providers. Hello King does not own or operate the vehicles directly but ensures quality through our partner network.

4. Booking and Payments

Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through the Hello King app or website
• Each booking is subject to partner confirmation and availability
• Service details cannot be modified once confirmed without partner consent
• Estimated pricing is provided before confirmation

Pricing:

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or special handling
• Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate permits are additional where applicable

Payment Methods:

• UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets are accepted
• Cash payments are accepted for select services
• All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• Hello King is not responsible for payment gateway failures

5. Service Terms

Timelines:

• Service time estimates are provided during booking
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or high demand
• We will notify you of significant delays

Pickup and Delivery:

• Ensure pickup and delivery addresses are accurate and accessible
• Customers must be present during pickup and delivery
• Provide accurate contact information for coordination
• Items must be properly packed for transport safety

Restricted Items:

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and illegal substances are prohibited
• Valuable items like jewelry, cash, and important documents are transported at owner's risk
• Perishable items require special arrangements

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking
• Cancellation charges may apply after partner assignment
• No cancellation allowed after service commencement

Refunds:

• Refunds issued if service partner cancels the booking
• Refunds processed for system errors or service unavailability
• Refunds take 5-7 working days via original payment method
• Partial refunds may apply for incomplete services

7. Partner Responsibilities

All Hello King partners are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses, permits, and insurance
• Following safety protocols and traffic regulations
• Treating customers with respect and professionalism
• Handling goods with care and providing receipts
• Communicating delays or issues promptly

8. User Responsibilities

By using Hello King, you agree to:

• Use services for legal and legitimate purposes only
• Provide accurate information about goods and requirements
• Treat service partners with respect
• Report issues or feedback through proper channels
• Pay applicable charges promptly

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Hello King's liability is limited to the service charges paid
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Insurance coverage details are available for specific services
• Force majeure events are beyond our control and responsibility

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which covers:

• Data collection and usage practices
• Security measures and storage policies
• Your rights regarding personal information
• Third-party data sharing policies

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and notify users through the app. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
